Refund policy

We will do our best for you to love and enjoy our products. However, if an issue should arise, you can request a return within 14 days of delivery. To do so, please contact us by email at hello(at)aireconcept.com with your order number, the reason for the return, and photos if necessary, and please wait for our reply with further instructions and available solutions. Return requests are usually processed within 15 business days of receipt.

Please note: to be accepted, items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Returns without prior approval cannot be accepted, and return shipping is at your own expense, except in the case of an error on our part.

Once your return is approved, we will provide all the details you need. You are responsible for the item until it reaches our warehouse. Direct exchanges (e.g., for a different size) are not offered, but once your return is approved, we will issue a gift card that you can use to place a new order for the item you want.
