Material: 316L stainless steel — the same grade used in surgical instruments. Hypoallergenic, resistant to tarnish, rust, and skin irritation. Gold finish: PVD gold plated for lasting colour and shine. Silver finish: polished stainless steel.
Water and sweat resistance: Fully waterproof. Safe for sea, pool and shower.
Care: Wipe with a soft cloth after wearing and store in soft cotton bag it comes with.

BRACELET
The bracelets are adjustable and fit most adult wrist sizes.
How to: Bend it gently once to your wrist until it sits snug but comfortable — wide enough to slide on and off easily, close enough to stay in place through the day.
Set it once and you are done.

Finding the right fit: Measure your finger by wrapping a soft tape measure or strip of paper around your finger and note the circumference in inches or millimeters.
Tip: If you’re between sizes, choose the larger size for comfort.
